It'll be underneath the video of whichever video's page it was on. Just search for the video again, or, if it was one of your one videos, you can find it more easily via your userpage. If the video is very popular and is getting commented a lot, the comment conversation might be a few pages back (you can navigate further back by clicking the page numbers at the bottom of the comments). go to your video, where you see their comments, theres a little blue word that says reply, click on that and type your response. All replies back should be on that same page
