Please don't make rude comments to this question. I will report you. Also, I don't want a Christian chatroom/forum. I am a Christian, but want to discuss things with people of a wide variety of faiths and not be called stupid just for asking the question.
Is there any place you can go to discuss religous questions without anti-religious people making rude comments
Absolutely. You can create your own group via this site and only allow certain members to come chat. You can visit churches of differing faiths. A quick Google search would more than likely provide many options.
Of course, you weren't actually looking for a site, were you. This is an attempt to take a shot at anti-religious people. I believe that is called irony.

I wish you the best and hope you find what it is you are seeking. Report It

You might try looking to the christian community on Live Journal The mods on there frow on rude and nasty comments

It would be nice if Yahoo answers had a section just for people of faith instead of bullfighting.

Sadly the world is full of rude ignorant people.
The only way to avoid them is to take the questions to a minister of the faith you wish to find out about..!!

Unfortunately, no. But making rude is a property of people. not religious or non-religious people. Every where you go people will make rude comments. If you want people that believe the same dogma as you, discuss it in your church. Although I'm sure you'll still find rude people. Secondly, i think you misinterpret 'rude' for 'someone who does not believe the same as me'. these 2 do not equate.

Yes, you can create and lurk in your own private room, virtual or real, and with only those who think like you and who obey your rules allowed.
Otherwise, you can accept that "freedom of speech" negates what you think is your freedom not to be offended, and get over yourself already.
EDIT TO ASKER: Actually, in this forum, I can say whatever I wish to whomever I wish, and so long as I don't violate Yahoo's rules while I do it, it's fine.
What you seem to want is a forum with the same sort of wide input from many sorts of people, yet where you can decide what's acceptable and what isn't.
Might I suggest starting up your own worldwide web access company? Either that or stop whining.

About the only place that I can think of would be a university class in comparative religion. there you can learn what each religion teaches and discuss in an adult manner how those teaching compare and contrast with your own beliefs.
Any chat room on the Internet will be full of trolls and people with an agenda.
Have a real grateful day.

Definitely not here. Some of the non-believers are OK, but most will just call you stupid and put down your faith. I really don't know of any sites, even if I did there will always be those who will bash believers and go there, I don't know why. I guess it makes them feel better about themselves if they put others down.

Usually the resort to insults is from fear of being challenged and not having the answers to tricky questions. Its simply easier to write something snotty than do the research needed. Its the old "Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is already made up" syndrome.

Remember this. If the world loves you then you are probably not a true Christian.
Mat 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

My friend, do not disasociate yourself. You have to learn to be patience with people and maintain your love in spite of comments being made. One day the anti religious will succumb to the truth that is being shared here. It happened to Jesus, expect it to happen to you.
GOD BLESS.

lol sorry to say but no. these people have to convince themselves and feel secure in their beliefs somehow, so they come here to feel at home. Just talk to your friends and less hostile and more logical non-Christians

I am not surprised if you get some rude answers, there are quite a few of those here, but maybe it means you should look at your question a bit.
I get rude rude questions too, and there are a lot of those in here.
If you ask honest questions you do deserve honest answers.
I make every effort to give the benefit of the doubt about the sincerity of the question and try answering as accurately as I can.
Sometimes what seems like a true question and one that you actually want an answer to seems like one of the troll questions to the people answering it. People get a bit testy after being asked the same question constantly by the same people over and over.

By the way, threatening to report people is not going to get pleasant answers. Most of us have become pretty used to it and don't even bother protesting the violation notices anymore, and just have a real low opinion of report monkeys in general.

Ah, you are actually looking for leads.
I ran across this one. You might like it, or you might not.

I find the Christians to be pretty rightwing, but it is not as extreme as most of them, and it does have different faith groups.

Hmmm, I see the thumbdown fairy has been by.
