I know you can input lyrics and comments on the itunes software, but can you view it from the ipod??

I was told there isn't an ipod that will show the lyrics yet. You can put them in an external hard drive and plug into a usb port, but you kj has to have a usb port in their player or it won't work.

yes you can. just right click the song that you want to put the lyrics on. and then click "Get info". there should be a tab which says "lyrics". click that and there will be a blank page in which you can input lyrics.

theres also a "info" tab where you can put some comments as well.

then sync your ipod and itll appear. when trying to view the lyric on your ipod, click the center button on your ipod, twice i think, and itll show the lyrics.
