there are alot of girls that will leave comments like that... alot of girls start their comments off with "hey sexy" the remember me part could just mean that they are friends and he hasnt talked to her in a while and she was just wondering where he had been.... or they could have done something together once and she wanted to see if he remembered her..

you didnt mention what your boyfriend said about it when you talked.. it is a good thing that you talked... did he seem to get mad when you asked, sometimes agitation is a sign of being guilty...

right now i wouldnt worry about it unless there are other reasons why you dont think you should trust him... if you cant trust him there is no point in being in the relationship....
