votes- an unresolved question which has been left to the community to decide the best answer....to vote go to the category you wish to vote in and then press the vote tab,go on questions,read all submissions and then press the button saying 'vote as best answer' under the one you think is best

stars- questions are awarded stars when a user thinks the question is funny/interesting/wants their contacts to see it
(no points for stars)

comments- you can comment on a question once it has been resolved,this is not as powerful as actually answering the question and you get no points but you can get your view across

Votes are done on undecided questions
since you are level 1 you are allowed to vote for undecided questions.
You get one point for choosing best answer on undecided question.
Stars are done on questions that people find interesting
click on the star
or on the word interesting you are allowed to do 10 a day on stars
Comments are done on questions that are resolved. The word is in the middle under the question. Here too is 10 a day.
