They're using what's called a DIV layout.

this allows you to change what you're tables look like.

when you go to someones profile in the URL, or Adress bar you will see "%26amp;Friendid=999999" or whatever their friend ID is. Copy this number and paste it where NUMBERHERE is..

Click the sources link and edit the coppied number into the URL, bookmark the page so you wont lose it and good luck.
